Health & safety guidelines

Before your appointment

  • Arrive with Clean Hair, Skin, & Nails: Clean hair and nails help prevent infections and ensure the best results during treatments.

  • Avoid Heavy Makeup or Fragrances: Especially for facials, it's best to have a clean face to allow the technician to work effectively.

  • Notify the Salon of Any Allergies: Inform the stylist, esthetician, or nail technician about any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions (e.g., eczema, psoriasis, or respiratory issues).

  • Disclose Any Medications or Recent Treatments: Some medications or recent treatments (like Botox, chemical peels, or recent surgeries) may affect the services you can safely receive.

During your appointment

  • Follow the Technician’s Instructions: Listen carefully to your stylist, esthetician, or nail technician. They may provide specific instructions to ensure your safety and comfort, such as adjusting your body position or staying still during a treatment

  • Stay Relaxed and Comfortable: Try to stay in a relaxed position to avoid any strain, especially during longer treatments like facials or pedicures.

  • Avoid Touching Tools or Products: For hygiene reasons, refrain from touching any tools or products that the technician will be using on you.
